Description:

  • Join Customer.io as a GTM AI Engineer to enhance AI agents from prototypes to production-grade systems.
  • Responsible for scaling and ensuring the reliability of AI agents used by GTM teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in software or platform/infrastructure engineering, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in terminal operations, GitHub PR-and-deploy workflows, and cloud hosting (preferably Google Cloud).
  • Experience with database administration and LLM-based application development.
  • Strong ability to prompt AI tools and critically review outputs.
  • Must possess a proactive mindset and willingness to question existing processes.
