Description:

  • Lead client-side design for HCM and Payroll in Oracle Cloud ERP programmes.
  • Ensure solutions meet business, statutory, and payroll requirements while aligning with Oracle Cloud best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HCM / Payroll Solution Design Architect or Functional PM on large-scale Oracle Cloud SaaS implementations, preferably in the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, Payroll, Procurement, and EPM applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate solutions to various stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Day Rate: Up to £700 per day Outside IR35 (depending on experience).
  • Contract Duration: Up to 6 months, with remote work and some travel to Cardiff required.
