Description:

  • Design Customer Experience solutions integrated with Enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP).
  • Bridge business needs with technical realities, focusing on AI, automation, and customer experience.
  • Lead pre-sales design and ensure smooth handover between sales and service teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in pre-sales solution architecture or enterprise architecture for cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Deep technical expertise in CX/CCaaS, AI/automation platforms, and CRM/ITSM/ERP integrations.
  • Proficiency in identity provisioning, API design, and secured data movement.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and enterprise security/compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical designs and ROI.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise governance.
