Join Eight Sleep as a Senior Firmware Engineer specializing in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
Own the wireless connectivity stack for the Pod ecosystem, enhancing member experience through innovative technology.

Requirements:

5+ years of embedded software engineering, with 3+ years in production BLE firmware.
Strong knowledge of Bluetooth stack (GAP, GATT, SMP, etc.) and experience with vendor BLE stacks (Nordic, Apple, TI).
Proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with Python or NodeJS for tooling.
Experience in optimizing for ultra-low power and shipping large fleets of wireless devices.
Ability to read schematics and perform RF debugging.
Willingness to travel to China for supplier support.
