Remote AI Deployment Lead

Description:

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of Virtual Agents, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their operations and document processes accurately.
• Advise on automation strategies, prioritizing what to automate and what to leave.
• Work closely with Implementation Engineers to define customer outcomes and requirements.
• Establish success metrics and lead the transition from pilot to production service.
• Create playbooks and product requirements based on deployment learnings.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in management, technology, or transformation consulting with end-to-end program ownership.
• Experience in complex operations and structuring them for technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments with competing priorities.
• Technically fluent with a good understanding of integrations and feasibility.
• Strong stakeholder presence and ability to build credibility quickly.
• Skilled in handling objections and navigating organizational resistance.
• Highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, and entrepreneurial.
