Join Pion as a Salesforce & GTM Systems Architect to lead Salesforce development and configuration.
Design and maintain Salesforce solutions, including complex flows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
Adapt Salesforce and the go-to-market stack to align with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data, and Finance operations.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience with proven commercial impact; Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent.
Expertise in Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and core Sales Cloud objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Cases).
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and strong data governance skills.
Proactive, commercially minded, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments.
