Remote AI Change Lead

Description:

• Seeking an AI Change Lead for key projects focused on designing innovation tools, training, and experiences.
• Role is freelance and lasts until March 2027 with expected extension.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Adoption.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives in large, complex organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership.
• Experience in developing and executing change and adoption strategies.
• Strong communication skills, including creating key messages and engagement materials.
• Experience in supporting learning and adoption programs.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Must declare a criminal record extract not older than three months.
