Description:

  • Join Tapcart as an AI Ops Engineer to build and maintain AI agents that enhance Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Partnerships workflows.
  • Collaborate directly with the Founder/CEO and VP Operations to operationalize AI capabilities and automate high-leverage tasks.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience; new grads and early-career builders are welcome.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenClaw or similar agent frameworks; ability to build agent skills/workflows.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can communicate effectively with executives and teams.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and adaptability to new technologies.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 based on experience.
