Description:

  • Serve as the internal authority on dark web ecosystem and underground community intelligence.
  • Make strategic decisions on collection priorities and resource allocation.
  • Navigate underground infrastructure, build access, and extract intelligence directly.
  • Produce intelligence reports on threat actors and community dynamics.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and represent the company externally.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on dark web threat research with proven collection outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in criminal forums and darknet markets.
  • Ability to operate within closed communities while maintaining OPSEC and legal compliance.
  • Proficiency in Russian at a professional working level.
  • Strong analytical writing skills for diverse audiences.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $152,000 - $228,500, with potential for incentive compensation and equity.
