The Senior Web Strategist will drive the evolution of the website to improve conversion rates, speed, and scalability.

Requirements:

Substantial hands-on experience in web optimization, publishing workflows, CRO, and technical web fundamentals.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO and on-page optimization.
Comfortable managing the technical publishing process and ensuring operational reliability.
Strong data literacy to generate hypotheses, run experiments, and interpret results.
Experience collaborating across disciplines such as Paid Media, SEO, Brand, Data, Rev Ops, and Product Marketing.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and explain technical issues simply.
Bonus: Experience in a SaaS or high-growth organization, familiarity with SEO tools, and knowledge of personalization platforms.
