Description:

  • Septeo, a leading software publisher in Europe, is seeking a Head of IA and Platform Engineering to lead the technical foundations of their next-generation SaaS platform.
  • The position is based in Courbevoie with hybrid remote options and is available immediately.

Requirements:

  • Senior experience in platform engineering/fullstack, particularly with complex SaaS platforms.
  • Strong interest in applied AI and operational agent systems.
  • Proficient in advanced software engineering (Clean Architecture, DDD, TDD/BDD).
  • Solid understanding of API-first design, scalability, data quality, and governance.
  • Experience in team leadership or structuring.
  • Ability to pragmatically balance impact, technical debt, and time-to-market.
