Description:

Join Dev.Pro as a NOC Analyst responsible for monitoring and maintaining a mission-critical cloud environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for production alerts, identifying anomalies, and performing initial triage using logs and metrics.

Requirements:

2+ years of IT support and incident management experience, including triage, prioritization, and escalation.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, LogicMonitor, or similar).
Solid understanding of DNS, load balancing, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Understanding of security best practices (access control, data protection, etc.).
Self-motivation with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Hands-on experience with Datadog, LogicMonitor, and ServiceNow in production support environments.
Regular security awareness training to strengthen security practices.
