Remote Network Engineer

Description:

• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex network, security, wireless, and WAN issues.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and operational oversight to ensure stability, performance, and security of customer infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Advanced expertise in Fortinet Security Fabric, Routing, Switching, and Enterprise Wireless technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise, service provider, or MSP network and security environments, with strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet FCP/FCSS, Cisco CCNP) and a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
