Remote Network Engineer

Description:

• Responsible for operational support and maintenance of customer network, security, wireless, and connectivity environments in a multi-customer Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting.
• Focus on incident resolution, service requests, and standard changes while ensuring service reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong technical capabilities in Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, WAN services, and enterprise networking platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in Network Support, Managed Services, or Enterprise Network Engineering environments.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification or experience in ITIL-based service management environments preferred.
