Description:

Join a remote team as an Intermediate Site Reliability Engineer based in Chile.
Maintain stability and performance of a mobile point-of-sale platform, supporting features like mobile payments and inventory management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in production systems, incident response, and resolution.
Strong operational support or SRE experience in cloud environments.
Proficiency in Node.js, AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience with APIs.
Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, ELK Stack).
Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
Desirable: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and cloud security best practices.
