Description:

  • Join a leading trading platform expanding globally, focusing on building an observability practice.
  • Design and operate the telemetry stack for visibility into production across hybrid AWS and on-premise environments.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, with 2+ years in observability tooling at production scale.
  • Deep experience with VictoriaMetrics (or Prometheus), OpenSearch, OpenTelemetry, and Kafka.
  • Proficiency in log shippers (Fluent Bit, Vector, Fluentd) and structured logging.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Argo CD/GitOps, Terraform/Ansible, and scripting in Bash or Python.
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
