Remote Site Reliability Engineer

Description:

• Supabase is a Postgres development platform providing a complete backend solution.
• The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will enhance reliability practices across engineering teams without owning their infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in SRE, production engineering, or reliability roles with experience in shaping SRE practices.
• Strong software engineering mindset with hands-on experience in defining and operationalizing SLOs/SLIs at scale.
• Proficient in incident response, postmortem facilitation, and operational readiness.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for influencing across a distributed organization.
