Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on site reliability, infrastructure, or production engineering experience.
• Proficient in AWS, networking, IAM, VPCs, and failure modes.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to write production code and configuration changes.
• Familiarity with AI tools in workflows.
• Strong written communication skills for audit reports.
