Description:

Tinybird is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to maintain and improve large-scale distributed systems.
The role involves ensuring reliability, observability, performance, and cost efficiency of Tinybird's infrastructure and backend services.

Requirements:

Strong experience in designing and operating distributed cloud architectures and web-based production systems.
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including production-grade cluster management and autoscaling.
Proficiency in AWS and GCP.
Basic coding skills in Python and C++ to explore and understand the codebase.
Experience with SQL and curiosity about real-time analytical systems; ClickHouse experience is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Traefik, Varnish, Redis, Terraform, or Ansible is helpful.
Clear written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and located in an EU timezone.
