Description:

Seeking a Full Stack Developer to build a configurable, UI-driven self-service platform for contact center operations on Amazon Connect.
Responsibilities include designing scalable microservices, developing RESTful APIs, and collaborating with UI teams.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB) and building REST APIs.
Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, CI/CD tools, Git, and Docker.
Exposure to contact center platforms or IVR systems is a plus.
