Description:

  • Contract position for a Senior Software Engineer focused on evaluating AI coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code.
  • Role involves assessing AI interactions rather than writing production code, emphasizing engineering judgment and quality of explanations.

Requirements:

  • Senior, Staff, or Principal-level engineer with strong TypeScript/JavaScript or Python background.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
  • Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above) for detailed feedback and video explanations.
  • Ability to evaluate code qualitatively without executing it.
