Description:

Join CI&T as a Mid-Level QA Analyst to ensure quality solutions on the Salesforce platform for a major financial client in Latin America.
Responsibilities include requirement analysis, test planning, execution of various test types, defect management, and collaboration with Product and Development teams.

Requirements:

Experience in software testing, preferably with Salesforce projects.
Proficient in creating test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases.
Familiarity with manual testing, defect lifecycle management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Knowledge of test automation using Java and Selenium WebDriver or equivalent technologies.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and complex business rules.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
