Remote Journeyman-NOC Administrator (R-00165)

Description:

• Monitor network infrastructure for availability, performance, and stability.
• Troubleshoot network issues and escalate incidents as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and document all incidents and changes.
• Collaborate with IT staff to improve network performance and resilience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with network management tools (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, SolarWinds).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP) and ITIL familiarity preferred.
• Requires an Interim DoD Secret or comparable clearance.
