Remote Shift Lead Supervisor - WordPress Support

Description:

• Lead the WordPress Support team while providing expert technical assistance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your shift, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of WordPress support experience.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a technical support team preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in WordPress, web hosting, DNS, and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with helpdesk platforms and common web hosting stacks (cPanel, NGINX, Apache, MySQL).
• Knowledge of Linux command line (SSH) and WP-CLI.
• Experience with Cloudflare, DNS, and optimizing WordPress websites is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coaching, and decision-making skills.
