Description:

  • Join Optimum as a Jr. Software Engineer to turn product ideas into working prototypes.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and CPO to build, test, and benchmark solutions against competitors.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on software engineering skills with a track record of shipping (open-source work or side projects).
  • Proficient in full-stack engineering, including backend services, APIs, and web front ends.
  • Prototyping mindset with the ability to build rough versions and refine them based on feedback.
  • Competitive and curious about performance measurement and benchmarking.
  • Clear written communication skills and ability to work with a distributed team.
