Description:

Support the development and execution of automation and AI-driven initiatives within the Professional Services team.
Assist in building, testing, and maintaining automated workflows and contribute to prompt development and data mapping tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field – or equivalent practical experience.
0–2 years of experience in a technical, data, or process automation role (internships or personal projects count).
Exposure to workflow automation tools like n8n, Power Automate, or similar.
Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and data formats.
Familiarity with AI tools or LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
Experience with Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable working with large datasets.
Some exposure to Python, JavaScript, .net or scripting is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
