Description:

  • Join Lendable as a Junior QA Analyst to ensure quality assurance for the US Customer Operations Team.
  • Focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and enhancing customer experience through effective QA procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in English, Law, Finance, or similar, or 2+ years in a customer-oriented role (preferably in financial services/fintech).
  • Previous QA experience is desirable; strong focus on quality and customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with exceptional attention to detail and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
