Lead Performance Automation Engineer responsible for defining and driving performance engineering strategy across cloud-native platforms.
Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, resilient under load, and optimized for performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Performance Test Lead / Performance Engineer / SDET.
Strong experience in defining performance testing strategies and frameworks, with hands-on expertise in modern performance testing tools (Gatling, JMeter, k6, Locust).
Deep understanding of scalability, distributed system performance, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and defining performance SLAs/SLOs and KPIs.
Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and bottleneck identification.
