Lead the design, development, and delivery of production AI systems for insurance workflow automation.
Collaborate with global engineering teams to build reliable, scalable AI systems in a fully remote environment.

Requirements:

Strong backend or AI engineering experience in production environments.
Experience with AI systems (LLMs, embeddings, recommendation systems) and distributed systems.
Proficient in production inference pipelines and AI orchestration.
Strong debugging skills in high-scale, latency-sensitive environments.
Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and incident response.
Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and project ownership.
Comfortable in fast-paced, globally distributed teams.
Tech Stack: Anthropic, Docker, Kubernetes, Node.js, NoSQL, Python, SQL, etc.
