Remote Lead Android Engineer

Description:

• Lead the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of Bankjoy's Android banking platform.
• Manage a team of three Android engineers while writing production code and ensuring product reliability, security, and performance.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Android development experience with deep Kotlin expertise.
• 2+ years in a tech lead or senior engineering leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI development.
• Experience with Android architecture patterns, coroutines, and dependency injection frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage and develop engineers through 1:1s and performance feedback.
