Lead the development of a greenfield back office platform at Midnite, focusing on AI integration.
Combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering to guide a small team and build impactful production systems.

Requirements:

7+ years of backend engineering experience, including senior or lead roles.
Experience in leading or mentoring engineers in a technical capacity.
Proven track record in building internal platforms or operational tooling.
Professional experience with LLMs or AI APIs in production.
Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and system design for scalable services.
Proficiency in Python or another backend language (willingness to learn Python).
Knowledge of cloud, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure in modern environments.
Strong ownership, product thinking, and effective communication with stakeholders.
