Description:

  • The Lead Data Analyst will own the reporting infrastructure for decision-making across multiple verticals, focusing on performance marketing optimization and data literacy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years in business intelligence or analytics, with experience in performance or affiliate marketing.
  • Expertise in SQL, unstructured data, LookML (or equivalent), and a strong understanding of business metrics and performance levers.
  • Proven ability to build and standardize reporting, engage stakeholders, and drive data literacy within teams.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
  • Profit-sharing bonus and competitive benefits, with performance-driven compensation increases.
