Description:
The Sr. Data Quality Analyst supports the Data Foundry team by testing and implementing advanced reporting and analytics tools.
Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data quality frameworks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness across multiple domains.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Data Quality Engineering with a focus on automation and frameworks.
Proficiency in SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, and validation.
Experience with automated data quality frameworks in ETL/ELT workflows.
3+ years of experience in a Snowflake environment supporting large-scale data pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a matrix management environment.
Advanced experience leveraging AI for data validation and pipelines.
Knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards.
Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical standards.
Benefits:
Salary range of $127,000 to $150,000, plus an annual bonus targeted at 15%.
