Description:

  • Seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and evolve secure, scalable data platforms for UK Public Sector and Utilities.
  • Role involves technical leadership and hands-on engineering to modernize client data estates with secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with real-time streaming technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis).
  • Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale data platforms and strong SQL skills.
  • Proficiency in AWS services and experience in Agile environments.
  • Understanding of security and compliance in regulated industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
