Description:

Manage and oversee the entire data engineering process from data acquisition to analysis.
Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure for effective data management and analysis.
Mentor and lead a team of data engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring project delivery.
Work on a greenfield data platform using modern GCP technologies like Google BigQuery and Dataflow.

Requirements:

Experience in data engineering and pipeline development.
Advanced skills in SQL, Python (including PySpark, Pandas, NumPy), and GCP data services.
Proficient in ETL/ELT pipelines and distributed data processing with Spark.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with data warehousing, data modeling (star/snowflake schemas), and cloud architecture.
Knowledge of security best practices (IAM, role-based access control, encryption).
Advanced English (C1); German is an advantage.
