Description:

Lead Data Scientist role at OneSix, a data and AI consultancy.
Drive ML solutions for clients from startups to Fortune 500s, managing client relationships from scoping to delivery.

Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on ML experience with a proven track record of deploying models.
Background in consulting or client-facing roles preferred.
Expertise in predictive/classical ML, computer vision, or LLM/agentic systems.
Proficient in Python, SQL, and familiar with Git and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience with ML lifecycle management tools (e.g., MLflow).
M.S. or Ph.D. in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Must be based in the US or Canada.
