Description:
Lead the development of device software systems for the ConnectDER Meter Socket Adapter, focusing on solar energy, EV charging, and home battery storage.
Collaborate with a team of firmware engineers to define architecture, manage workstreams, and ensure fast delivery of high-quality software.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 7+ years in firmware engineering.
Expertise in C, C++, or Rust, with experience in embedded systems and safety-critical software development.
Strong technical leadership skills, with a commitment to rigorous system design and documentation.
Experience with modern 32-bit microcontrollers and debugging tools.
