Description:
- Lead the architecture and hands-on delivery of user-facing products for healthcare marketing.
- Oversee the development of a journey-builder canvas and ensure seamless integration with back-end systems.
- Collaborate with product designers to drive the design system and AI-driven features.
- Hire and manage a front-end engineering team, maintaining high standards for code quality.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in front-end or full-stack engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with front-end architecture for B2B or enterprise products, especially complex UIs.
- Proven track record in hiring and developing engineering talent.
- Strong understanding of API contracts and ability to manage technical plans in ambiguous environments.
- Bonus: Experience in pharma or healthcare marketing.
