Description:

Lead the frontend architecture and engineering direction for Zeely’s AI-driven product using React.js.
Mentor and manage a team of 10+ engineers, ensuring high standards of quality and delivery speed.

Requirements:

3+ years in a Lead / Team Lead role with experience managing 10+ engineers.
8+ years of hands-on Frontend experience, particularly with React and TypeScript.
Proven experience in defining frontend architecture for high-load B2C products.
Familiarity with modern stacks including Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS, and React Hook Form.
Strong understanding of performance optimization and UX under load.
Intermediate+ English and fluent Ukrainian for team collaboration.
