Description:

  • Lead a small engineering team of 3 engineers and 2 QA specialists to build reliable, scalable, and high-quality products.
  • Engage in hands-on architecture, complex technical challenges, and production development while leveraging AI tools to enhance engineering quality and development velocity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend expertise.
  • Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript, with experience in designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and leading engineering teams.
  • Strong hands-on approach and experience using AI tools in development.
  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
