Remote Lead Generation & Sales Data Specialist

Description:

• Responsible for designing, executing, and managing lead generation and referral development strategy.
• Oversees sourcing, research, outreach, qualification, and scheduling of pre-assessment appointments.
• Manages referral outreach campaigns to increase inbound and outbound referral opportunities.
• Supports pre-assessment stage and conducts pre-assessment calls as needed.
• Ensures accurate documentation, disciplined follow-up, compliance, and protection of proprietary information.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end lead generation, outreach campaigns, and appointment setting (High-ticket B2B or Healthcare/Home Care preferred).
• Proven ability to manage technical aspects of cold outreach, including domain procurement and inbox warming.
• Expert-level proficiency in Instantly.io for automated sequence management and lead nurturing.
• Advanced skills in lead scraping and data mining to build targeted prospect lists.
• Must have a primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
• Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer) or equivalent, 8 GB RAM, and a functioning webcam.
