Description:

Responsible for ensuring the quality of every release at Sporty, empowering QA team members to determine readiness for launch.
Act as a Hybrid QA Lead with expertise in both Manual testing and automation processes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years in a relevant role and 8+ years in software testing.
2+ years in a leadership role with mentoring and performance review experience.
Solid understanding of various testing types (unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, stress/performance, API).
Experience with manual testing for Web, Android, iOS, and APIs.
Strong experience with Python and automation testing for mobile and web apps (Selenium/Playwright).
Familiarity with relational databases (preferably MySQL) and web debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Postman).
Experience in developing Continuous Integration systems and knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is advantageous.
