Description:

  • Lead the analytics and measurement for HighLevel's AI products including Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI Employee, and Ask AI.
  • Define feature-level KPIs and success metrics, ensuring consistent instrumentation and quality analysis.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in product analytics, data science, or applied statistics with end-to-end ownership of product metrics.
  • Strong experience in defining event tracking and driving it into product roadmaps.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python; comfortable in a Snowflake + dbt environment.
  • Ability to work with imperfect data and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
