Remote Lead Product Engineer – AI Consulting

Description:

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered automation tools for creative production.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, designers, and consultants to create production-ready tools for enterprise customers.
• Integrate AI models into creative workflows and build microservice-based systems.
• Rapidly prototype and harden successful proofs-of-concept into reliable applications.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in building enterprise-grade software in fast-paced environments.
• 1+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing senior engineers.
• Strong full-stack engineering background, particularly in TypeScript; React and/or Python experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and integrating AI APIs into production systems.
• Clear English communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles.
• Curiosity and adaptability with a drive to build AI-powered products.
