8+ years of lead-level experience in Python backend engineering.
Proven ability to translate business processes into technical requirements in a client-facing role.
Experience in managing roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on feasibility and ROI.
Strong stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in structured production environments.
Fluent in English (native or near-native level).
