Remote Lead QA Automation Engineer

Description:

• Lead the development of a modern QA automation solution for SAP CRM and SAP TC domains.
• Build a QA automation framework from the ground up to establish a Gold Standard QA Automation Framework for Telia.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong experience with Playwright (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience in designing and developing automation frameworks with a strong understanding of QA automation best practices.
• Mandatory experience in SAP QA Automation.
• AI-native approach to software engineering and interest in applying AI to QA practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; excellent English communication skills (Lithuanian is a plus).
• Previous manual testing experience is an advantage.
