Remote Quality Assurance Engineer

Description:

• Join Caseware as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) for the Caseware IDEA Windows desktop application.
• Focus on improving testing design, implementation, and integration into delivery workflows, with a mix of automation and manual testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an SDET or similar role, with strong automation skills and experience in testing Windows desktop applications.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (C#, PowerShell, Python) and familiarity with desktop test automation tools (Ranorex, WinAppDriver, Appium).
• Familiarity with Playwright, CI/CD concepts, GitHub, and AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills, with an interest in audit and accounting workflows.
