Description:

Seeking a Lead QA Developer to ensure the quality and stability of eCommerce platforms, particularly a React-based storefront and internal middleware.
Role involves building automated testing systems and improving existing QA processes to enhance product reliability.

Requirements:

5+ years of QA development experience with automated testing strategies.
2+ years of leadership or mentorship experience in QA.
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for writing and reviewing automated tests.
Experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
Ability to architect and scale automated testing frameworks across frontend and backend systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
Strong understanding of quality metrics and specialized QA areas (API testing, performance profiling, etc.).
Must possess qualities of humility, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
