As a Lead QA in performance testing, you will ensure the quality, stability, and responsiveness of critical healthcare applications.
You will define, plan, execute, and analyze performance tests across multiple products while supervising an offshore resource dedicated to executing and maintaining test scripts.
Your role will help guarantee the scalability and reliability of software solutions and influence performance practices within the organization.

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 5 years focused on application performance is required.
A strong understanding of distributed software architectures and multi-platform environments is essential.
Proficiency with testing and monitoring tools is necessary.
Proven experience in performance diagnostics and the ability to communicate results to diverse audiences is required.
Collaborative leadership skills and the ability to supervise a remote resource are important.
Key technical skills include familiarity with JMeter, Dynatrace, various operating systems, databases, application architectures, virtualization, and cloud services.
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, along with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts, are crucial.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
Bilingualism in French and English is necessary for communication with partners, clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
