Remote Lead QA, Performance Testing

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 5 years focused on application performance is required.
• A strong understanding of distributed software architectures and multi-platform environments is essential.
• Proficiency with testing and monitoring tools is necessary.
• Proven experience in performance diagnostics and the ability to communicate results to diverse audiences is required.
• Collaborative leadership skills and the ability to supervise a remote resource are important.
• Key technical skills include familiarity with JMeter, Dynatrace, various operating systems, databases, application architectures, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, along with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts, are crucial.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
• Bilingualism in French and English is necessary for communication with partners, clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
