Remote Lead, SAP Security

Description:

• e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an SAP Security Lead to manage and maintain the security of the SAP landscape.
• The role includes administering user access, roles, authorizations, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Responsibilities include creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts based on business requirements and employee status changes.
• The Security Lead will design and maintain SAP security roles to align with business processes and compliance requirements.
• Collaboration with business process owners and IT teams is essential to ensure proper role assignments.
• The role involves defining and managing authorizations to ensure users have appropriate access levels.
• Regular reviews and audits of user authorizations will be conducted to identify and address security risks.
• The Security Lead will enforce security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with organizational and industry best practices.
• Monitoring SAP security logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents is a key responsibility.
• The role includes providing training to SAP users on security best practices and promoting a culture of security within the organization.
• Conducting Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis to identify and mitigate conflicts in user access is required.
• Management of emergency access procedures and logs will be part of the responsibilities.
• The Security Lead will maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP security configurations, roles, and procedures and support audit activities.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as an SAP Security Lead or in a similar role is necessary.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts, including user management, role design, and authorization administration is essential.
• A deep understanding of SAP GRC (FF/EAM, SoD, Risk Analysis, Access Request) is required.
• Experience with ITGC, SOX, and audit compliance is necessary.
• Exposure to cloud integrations (BTP, CPI, IAS/IPS, IBP) is preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflow/ticketing/integrations is required.
• Familiarity with identity provider/SSO setup (Okta/SAML2/etc.) is necessary.
• An understanding of regulatory requirements related to data security and privacy is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
